The Iron Knight is the tale of that very quest. Ash sets out on an epic adventure with Puck and a few friends, both old and new, at his side. He faces perilous obstacles, and his will is tested at nearly every turn.
This is going to be a short review, as there were so many incredible "I did NOT see that coming!" twists, that while amazing, cannot be revealed here. I will say that is was wonderful to read a story from Ash's perspective. The unseelie prince has a lot more depth that you realize from the previous books. Watching him struggle to make hard decisions, and seeing just how much he loves Megan made me root for him all the more. And Puck, ever the joke cracking prankster showed a bit of vulnerability as well. This was a great end to the Iron Fey Series. Reading the last page will leave you sad that there will be no more adventures, but it will also leave you at peace that you know how everything turns out.
